Not Gustavo's Butter Chicken 1.2

Here's version 1.2 of Not Gustavo's Butter Chicken.

Changes:

• Resized ship to reflect the actual game area
• Added indicator for the amount of butter chicken:
  An additional "water layer" is drawn on top of the ship. It visualises how much butter chicken is on the ship. The more butter chicken, the higher the level
• Added continue button to pause menu:
  It's an additional reminder so you don't accidentally click on "Main Menu" and lose the progress of 75 waves.
